1. 配送方式
我们提供以下两种取货方式：
① 邮寄配送
寄出后会提供 Tracking Number 供查询。
发货后一般会在 2–3 个工作日 内收到。
配送时间会因地区、天气及物流情况有所影响，请耐心等候。
② 自取 (Self Pick-Up)
请于预约日期及时间内领取。
自取时间： 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
注意：若逾时未领取，恕不负责产品品质与新鲜度。
2. 邮寄须知
易碎提示： 蛋黄酥属于易碎食品，运输途中可能出现轻微碰撞或饼皮掉屑，并不影响食用，恕不接受因此原因申请退款或退货。
资料核对： 请务必确认收件人姓名、电话及地址正确。如因资料填写错误导致寄送失败或延误，需由买家承担额外运费。
物流延误： 商品一经寄出，如因物流延误、天灾等不可抗力因素导致配送时间延迟，本店恕无法负责。
3. 产品说明
所有产品均为新鲜制作，不添加防腐剂。
建议收到后尽快食用，以保持最佳风味。
如未立即食用，请依照包装上的保存方式进行妥善保存。
4. 下单须知
下单后需完成付款才算预订成功。
未付款订单将不会予以保留。
中秋旺季订单较多，建议提早预订。
5. 修改／取消订单
订单确认后，如需修改，请尽快联系客服。
商品开始制作后，恕不接受取消订单或退款。
6. 售后服务
若收到商品有以下情况，请于 24 小时内拍照并联系客服 处理：
商品严重损坏
收到错误商品
数量短缺
以下情况恕不受理：
因个人口味问题
因物流轻微碰撞导致少量掉屑
超过 24 小时反馈期限
商品已食用或属于人为损坏

1. Delivery & Collection Methods
We offer two options for receiving your order:
① Postage / Delivery
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the area, weather, or courier conditions. We appreciate your patience!
② Self Pick-Up
Please collect your order on your selected date and time slot.
Pick-up Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Note: We are not responsible for product freshness or quality if items are not collected within the scheduled timeframe.
2. Shipping Notice
Fragile Nature: Salted egg yolk pastries are delicate. Minor surface flaking or slight crumbling may occur during transit. This does not affect quality or taste; refunds or returns will not be accepted for these minor issues.
Accurate Details: Please ensure the recipient’s name, phone number, and address are correct. Any redelivery fees resulting from incorrect information must be borne by the buyer.
Courier Delays: Once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, severe weather, or other unforeseeable events.
3. Product Information
All items are freshly made with no added preservatives.
We recommend consuming them as soon as possible for optimal flavor.
If not consumed immediately, please follow the storage instructions printed on the packaging.
4. Ordering Notice
Orders are only confirmed upon full payment.
Unpaid orders will not be reserved or processed.
Due to high demand during the Mid-Autumn season, early pre-orders are strongly recommended.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify your order after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations or refunds are not accepted once production has begun.
6. After-Sales Support
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery (with photos included) if you experience any of the following:
Severe product damage
Incorrect items received
Missing items
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
Personal taste preferences
Minor crumbling or flaking due to courier transit
Issues reported past the 24-hour window
Products that have been consumed or damaged intentionally
