Every gift box is crafted with the utmost devotion. To ensure the exceptional quality of our handwritten calligraphy and artisanal production, please kindly review our ordering guidelines below:
- Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance.
- Minimum order of 15 boxes. Mix-and-match is allowed.
- Orders can be collected via self-pickup or delivery.
- Self-pickup hours are strictly from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, we kindly recommend opting for our delivery service.
- Package prices do not include delivery fees.
- Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
- Once the order is confirmed, cancellations or refunds due to personal reasons will not be accepted.
