Welcome to Shi Yue. By placing an order or purchasing our products on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. About Us
Shi Yue is Malaysia’s very first provider of hand-written calligraphy full moon gift boxes and Betrothal (Guo Da Li) gift boxes. Every piece of calligraphy is handwritten by our calligrapher and is absolutely not printed. We are dedicated to infusing tradition, sincerity, and a sense of ritual into every gift box.
2. Ordering Process
To ensure the premium quality of our calligraphy and gift box production, all orders must follow the process below:
- Advance Booking: Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance.
- Last-Minute Additions: We cannot accept last-minute order additions close to the collection date, as our calligrapher may not have enough time to complete them. Please confirm your final quantity before placing your order.
3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- Full Moon Gift Boxes: Minimum order of 15 boxes. You may mix and match packages, with a minimum of 5 boxes per package style.
- Betrothal (Guo Da Li) Gift Boxes: Minimum order of 15 boxes. Mix and match packages are accepted.
4. Personalization Information (Full Moon Gift Boxes)
Customers ordering Full Moon Gift Boxes must provide the baby’s name 10 days prior to collection so that our calligrapher can arrange the hand-writing. Failure to provide this information within the specified timeframe may impact the delivery date.
5. Packaging Colors
For Full Moon Gift Boxes, only one packaging color can be selected per order. Choosing two colors is only permitted for orders of 50 boxes or more.
6. Collection and Delivery
Customers may choose between self-collection or delivery.
- Self-Collection: Available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, we highly recommend opting for our delivery service instead.
- Delivery Locations: Restricted to a maximum of two locations.
- Delivery Fees: Package prices do not include delivery fees; shipping costs will be calculated separately.
- Split Shipments: Split delivery over two separate days can only be arranged for Full Moon Gift Box orders of 50 boxes or more.
7. Payment
Full payment is required upon order confirmation. We will only arrange the calligraphy writing and production once the full payment has been received.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Once an order is placed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted. As each gift box is a custom-made, handwritten product, it cannot be resold or returned. Thank you for your understanding. For further details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
9. Nature of Products
As our products are custom-made and handcrafted, slight variations in handwriting stroke, ink tone, and packaging details may occur. These are natural characteristics of handwritten products and are not considered defects.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including calligraphy artwork, images, text, designs, and brand logos—is the property of Shi Yue. Copying, reproducing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Amendments to Terms
Shi Yue reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The amended terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Please review them regularly.
