Every gift box is crafted with the utmost devotion. To ensure the exceptional quality of our handwritten calligraphy and artisanal production, please kindly review our ordering guidelines below:
- Orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance.
- A minimum order of 15 boxes is required. You may mix and match packages; however, a minimum of 5 boxes per package type is required.
- Please provide the baby's name at least 10 days prior to the collection date.
- Only one packaging color can be selected per order. For orders of 50 boxes or more, you may select up to two colors.
- Package prices do not include delivery fees.
- Orders can be collected via self-pickup or delivery (delivery is limited to a maximum of 2 locations).
- Self-pickup hours are strictly from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, we kindly recommend opting for our delivery service.
- Full payment is required upon order confirmation.
- Once an order is finalized, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.
- Please confirm your final quantity carefully before placing the order. Due to the master calligrapher's schedule, we may not be able to accommodate last-minute additions close to the collection date.
